Frequently Asked Questions

In order to delete your account follow these steps:

  • Log in to your account
  • Navigate to profile
  • Go to settings
  • Tap on delete your account option and type in your password

Once you have reserved a vehicle on your app, but before you press “Unlock Vehicle”, you should click on the camera icon in the top corner of the screen and follow the instructions.  By simply choosing the area of the car with the damage and uploading the relevant images you’ll be letting us know that the damage occurred prior to your booking.

 Open the glove box where you can find all necessary documents

Call Road Assistance according to the instructions

 Please note that there is no replacement car service

1.      Sit in the car and ensure that the key is in the front near to the steering wheel

2.       Engage the brake pedal by depressing the brake pedal firmly with your foot

3.       Power the car by pressing the power button (left of the steering wheel)

4.       Check that the “READY to drive” indicator light illuminates

5.       Push with your foot, the Parking Brake Pedal which is left to the brake pental and make sure it is up  (red LED on) and that the vehicle is in PARK (P displayed on dash).

6.       DEPRESS and hold the brake pedal

7.       Press the PARKING BRAKE lever down – red LED turns OFF

Shift gear stick RIGHT + FORWARD

Drive (forward)

Shift gear stick RIGHT + BACK (Once)

B (forward)

Shift gear stick RIGHT + BACK (Twice). When the B position is used, regenerative braking is applied when the accelerator pedal is released.
